Since virology isn't really a reliable way to create and spread effective death plagues I guess they need to settle for inducing super powered chaos. Neat and gives a way to end the round other than poncy engineering.

How about making the machine constructable and the limit tied to the number of existing machines?

Non antags being able to shard/ make constructs is mostly just a relic of back when there was a chaplain shard on all our maps and a construct shell on the derelict. While some maps no longer have the shard I am pretty much all of ours lost the shell since anyone could abuse the daylights out of it....

The HG stun nerf model didn't result in a shift from stuns to non stuns. If someone is converted to rev or cult after a backup and they get cloned they keep their rev or cult status right?
At the moment the lore fits the game mechanics better than MisterPerson.

Putting random ghosts in clones would be more reasonable than banning people for remembering anything ever. Also not everything to do with memories is valid hunting good lord, man a xenobiologist needing to ape being amnesiac every time he dies while his rounds work starves in pens won't get annoying!

Mirror universe contains Evil Twin mobs that have appearances that mirror crew appearances (sorta like how AI holograms can) but with moustaches.
They can't attack and have RPiant AI which means they talk about space crabs and other simple mobs constantly. Oblivion NPCs were true evil.
