I prefer small variations on parapen C4. Detomax C4 back when det wasn't pointless and actually had a useful knock out on it (if it went off), revolver minibomb louder but quicker also knocked out a witness trying to save my target who I then killed. If they are being that sloppy they might as well make constructs instead of converts. Sure it takes a bit of pilfered plas steel to start now but constructs lead to more constructs and are more effective than a random extinguisher maniac.

Sec and det pda carts are pretty old and rarely used, it would be nice if they had full computer functionality for their respective roles. Witness and Protective Custody settings would be nice for arrest status, security barely functions as a defensive force.

I like C4 gibbing and I don't mind being slugged with a parapen.
Other small explosives are being set off on the floor C4 goes off on your chest, I don't see why it needs to be "normalised".

I like to mask then triple void(crash)(crash is under void so I can get it to stop interrupting my sweet combos with its tiny damage also doesn't unmask) then I hit with cull(load,spark) to their back for 3619 damage. You can probably go higher.

What do you want? Go at the speed of light simulator? That sounds really dull. The top speed is 374.4 kmph or 232.6 mph, while driving at sports car speeds is a tad underwhelming it isn't slow nor is there an abundance of obstacles.
