If someone uses all their TC on adrenal implants it's ridiculous, but then so is the idea of spending all your TC on one item. Adrenal implants are pretty much fine, and even somewhat underused, as it stands.

Tator item -poisoned candles, you light them up and they irradiate people around them. Candles as an alternate way to make chemical smoke would be cool.
