Re: How To Make Blob Better Thread
I dislike how Blob is on Sybil & Dynamic, but there's not much to add beyond what others have already said. I have felt that Blob is more of a crew/station check on whether the crew is lacking in (oversimplified terms) manpower, weapons, or resources (power & minerals). This probably worked ...

Wubli was very nice when they were teaching me how to admin! Despite some external things putting that on indefinite hold it was never unpleasant interacting with them!

Re: Complaints on birdshot(ADD YOUR INPUT)
Mostly the same complaints that others have mentioned. I will also add that despite the cramped feel a lot of things are unnecessarily put out of the way. For example the Cargo ORM is much further away and blocked by more airlocks compared to other stations, in a much tighter space. Robotics surgery...

Very friendly and chill. Good taste in music too! I am not sure which events they've done outside of the wizard station one (which may have had multiple admins) but I liked how they conducted that event and even made mini-side rewards for the wizards in the form of extra spellbooks in the SM chamber.

The Era of Virology is Over..
https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/79849 TLDR: This PR removes features related to virology, which are: The Virologist Advanced Diseases. These are the custom diseases that the virologist can create or that can be created through events or miasma etc Sentient Disease: The antagonist, that u...

It's already been mentioned before but Chloral hydrate is lethal in that it leaves you open and vulnerable. Last time a chemist shot me with it they proceeded to cuff me and shove me into their gas chamber/incinerator within the window opportunity the chloral gave them.

Re: Hygiene Removal
I think part of the issue with miasma diseases is that they appear too frequently, and are mostly distracting rather than harmful. I'm not sure whether it's the hygiene or the miasma disease rate contributing more. It also screws over any healing viruses since they have low stats and can be easily o...

Alright, I was probably still somewhat salty considering I had my round ruined by those shenanigans, but if that's the extent of what you were supposed to disclose, that's fine, I guess.

Refused to resolve an ahelp in which I was killed by a lavaland ghost role player that was human. Insisted it was an ashwalker but refused to check logs to see if an Envy's Knife was involved. Lazy and inept. 1) Ash walkers hiss when they talk 2) Ash walkers don't have green hair 3) Ash walkers don'...

Helped fix a weird MMI Mech error in a creative way since things were bugging out. I got to be a mech pilot MMI except my body was human and my MMi was surgically shoved into my chest.

Hosted an event where the entire station was an asteroid. Didn't spawn in mining tools so crew were stuck. The ERT summoned didn't spawn with mining tools. Mass suicides at the start and throughout the round. There were traitors as well banking on the chaos. Then meteors were mass spammed and the ser...

Can confirm Time's statement. We got bombed by a traitor mid-session and he basically helped revive it by putting us into Thunder-dome. Very kind of him.

Re: Radiation
Uranium golems interact with the new radiation system in an interesting way. They start out with low radiation levels but it continues to increase as long as they're alive, maybe even when they're dead. I've seen golems hit around 1400% radiation levels. This is intended, right?

Re: Meson Changes Discussion
So about a month or so has passed.
What are people's opinions on the meson nerfs now?
Has there been any word of the "secret ruins" that partially fueled the meson changes?
Do you feel that miners are faring better or worse?

Re: Meson Changes Discussion
One of the negatives, I've noticed, is that you can't detect fellow miners nearby. This make it much more dangerous to detonate Gibbonite as they either won't notice or will notice too late that it's detonating. Of course they can be notified before the detonation but some are distracted by their ow...

Meson Changes Discussion
https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/27409 What are people's thoughts on this change? It seems to be pretty controversial. Potential things to talk about: How does it affect Shaft Miners? Does it make mining harder or more tedious? How does it affect other jobs that may require using Mesons? ...
