I finally found a setup that works. The sheltered start with regular survivor is setup i've survived the longest so far. Made it to day 4 before the game crashed due to lag and i forgot to save ;_;. Now all the worlds I make have no lmoes which drives me crazy.

I think the ert commander should be above everyone else and the other ones should have the captains authority over the crew. That means they should be allowed to execute with no discretion.
