Actually it adds tension steelpoint. You know they're around but you don't know WHERE they are. It's amplified by how much more waves are actually affected by scrakes and fleshpounds on suicidal/hell on earth than in KF1. They do a lot of damage as well as have a lot of health.

How they change difficulties is great. On normal zeds are slow. In Hell on Earth, zeds act almost entirely different and have new abilities and animations.
