This is one of those issues arising from being a light/no RP server. Non-antags are allowed to instantly recognize antag items and kill whoever carries them, the same thing should apply here. We can't have a double standard, either you know everything about the antag or you are oblivious.

This might be kind of interesting... however, there would have to be some limitations. For one we couldn't have custom coordinates, anyone remember Telescience? Unhacked it shouldn't be able to teleport people, but I can see it teleporting people if it was emagged.

If there is sufficient IC justification, I can see how emagging borgs would be reasonable. If there was a blob, for instance, emmagging the security borg would give them a laser gun to help fight. The emmagger would be fully responsible for the actions of the borg, however.
