I've watched Common deteriorate into LRP off topic stuff one too many times (For varying degree's of time), from the cross station announcements, that I feel obligated to agree that something needs to be done on this subject.

I Like this one In all seriousness. Goodmin. They be Harsh but with the correct degree that fits Manuel for the real problems that pop up.

Considering that the RP server is about RP and story, wouldn't this be better left for people playing to develop on IC, rather than a blanket yes or no policy?
