Since TG station now has RP server I would say requiring anesthesia for an invasive surgery should be mandatory. It can be promoted by giving people PTSD if they weren't knocked out during the surgery. It will add more RP around the idea that someone may not want it since the surgeon might be shifty...

Actually, they can cheese plasma injector by placing resin wall on top of it. It might be a problem. But it can be prevented with some preparation like a couple of fallback injectors and electrocuted grills on top of them.

You need them when entering running SM core. Also for pressure differences around space holes. I would actually make them easier to obtain at the round start since fixing SM without them is real hard. Not sure if they help against gravitation anomalies but they sure do help when you want to use fire...

It looks like if someone hits SM and gets dusted while SM isn't cooled at all it will only spawn anomalies without any slimes till it explodes. Not sure if it's good or bad. But it is pretty frequent delaminaiton on lowpop.

It's pretty easy to accidentally tesloose (and it is ok) I protected everything from slimes and anomalies with plasma glass and reinforced floors but I pumped too much co2 and SM started to get hot so I had to go in and pump it out but f-ing slimes camped the valve

Surrounding rods, emitters and all that meters with directional reinforced plasma windows + reinforcing floors where wires are makes slimes and anomalies pretty harmless.
