You should be able to dual wield guns by using one on another of the same type, which creates an akimbo version of that gun, that then needs to be wielded in both hands to fire, and then fires both guns at once

The difference is that mannerisms are readily apparent to anyone who's around the plasmamen, what isn't readily apparent is their entire history and all of their customs.
