If you add more guns that use the calibers it'll appear that every gun doesn't have a snowflake caliber. i think you should just do it anyways, if you can code it go for it, there's no reason it should be denied since it would only be 1 of every 50 rounds.

there are no other obtainable ways to generate a infinite number of syndicate items

late game syndicate items are important to round progression and stability by keeping the power in the party who obtains them
