if you you try to make a molotov with a rag and a bottle and attempt a 2nd molotov while the 1st is still on the same tile it uses the 1st molotov instead of using the unused bottle
i think this happens because a molotov is still considered a container?

to reiterate what everybody else is saying above, most surgeries are already fast and the longer ones are few and far between
