At the moment plasmamen cannot eat or anything without catching on fire and taking toxin damage. there needs to be some form of room full of plasma so they can take off suits and stuff.

IIRC Plasmamemes shouldn't need to eat since they don't use up nutrition. But if outside factors make them lose nutriment (I'm still salty over that appendix bug) then they need to eat to replace what they lost. As for pills, ideally they shouldn't need them and patches/injections should work fine anyhow. They're immune to viruses, so no virology pills (As in, taking your virus in synthblood and making 1u pills out of them so there's enough to go around), and aren't affected by radiation either.

Lizard people already have a special room (dorms) to do lizard things (ERP), I think it would be fair.

Best I can think off is a off z-level room that is reached by a ladder or stairs, it provides a small room that won't interfere with the rest of the station as well as not have a room of plasma waiting to be set loose.

If Plasmamen need a "special room" they can build one each round themselves or hope that engineering takes pity on them. They're a hardmode race and giving them a room to make it easier kills that purpose.

It takes way too long to reasonable expect anyone to actually build such a room.

A off station little room would be very feasible, it would not result in a room that will be breached every round and it would not take up any station real estate, the room itself could be made very public so you can't really use it to hide.
