I think I have a few notes about IC in OOCing from when I was really new to the game. Don't remember anything specific about them though. Wouldn't mind those being removed since I've learned from them and haven't repeated my mistakes

The people fighting the blob had absolutely no protection from flashes and an officer kept tasing people to get towards the blob before setting off an entire box of flashbangs right next to it and leading to the deaths of around eight people.
