Tesla engine is in PR state now. Chrono bandit thingies are pretty much ready to go and are in game.
Admins have a nice antag hud now and ghosts orbit shit and also have a sec/medi hug that they can toggle too.
Lots of other neat little things as well.
Map rotation was also another fairly big change, seems to be working out and we actually end up having high pop on maps other than box.

Not much honestly. He tried to rework medical/chem again but the PR was ultimately rejected because of backlash IIRC. Goof was actually also the driving force behind getting the Tesla engine added in, so that actually was a good thing.
