Complete R&D Spreadsheet

Hey all, thought I'd stop by to drop some TRUTH BOMBS regarding Science and R&D. This post is meant to appease Scientists looking to min-max their research progression on a wide variety of factors including research point consumption or time for tech to be completed, to be used as on-the-go reference for Science personnel, maintainers and coders (as the wiki guide on R&D is horribly out of date and needs a fresh coat of paint) for tech trees and the whole tech web's values, as well as for Quartermasters and Cargo Technicians who want to make some quick credits selling technology.

The spreadsheet linked in the following paragraph contains a better introduction in its readme page that explains the sheet thoroughly.

I'll most likely be working on graphics and future details to update the Wiki page on R&D in the future, but for now, this spreadsheet should do in terms of reference and efficiency.

I noticed that while running the numbers. 88,54% of the whole techweb system is worth 5,000 credits on export. A bit of an odd choice, but I guess it's understandable.
