I am not sure about the game being first person, I always figured that even in 3D a third person perspective would be best

i always thought first person would be more tense, like with hacking doors you dont get to magically see 360 degrees around you, you'd have to focus on getting it done ASAP or get caught

im interested in how he's going to do things like borgs though. i dunno guys im cautiously hopeful about this one

I imagine even if played with people who put effort into RP'ing, it'll end up being closer to a somewhat more strict Gmod TTT experience, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. All in all I imagine RP would be harder to do and less immersive since there wouldn't be any animations for little things that you can fudge in 2D (SoandSo slumps in their chair with a look of defeat on their face), but action and stuff like that would be more fun. I think the key is that they shouldn't try to perfectly imitate SS13 and should put their own spin on it
