We are actually playing almost all the time now Ted, we have a persistent server up for vanilla Liberation on the Apex map, Tanoa

Last night CSAT forces fucking blitzed FOB Echo while simultaneously attacking a couple different civilian areas. An enemy APC was first on the scene and probably killed me, modcow, galvatron and skorvold a collective 20 times as we attempted to equip rockets of any kind before getting killed. After we took it out another showed up and the whole mess repeated. Once the APCs were dead we had to content with the amassed infantry, but after some Imperial Guard tier casualties we managed to fend them off. All our support vehicles like the fuel truck and repair HEMITT at the airfield were destroyed however

Damn! Sounds like I need to do some more base reinforcing. I think a few static launchers are needed. I started on a larger perimeter tank trap wall but I never finished it. Also given that we're so close to the runway theres always gonna be one vulnerable side. Maybe we could move the FOB? Not sure who placed it though.

We are making steady progress and pushing north. The nightshift squad is actually starting to fall into combat roles nicely. Galv is gittin gud with artillery, Glasses and Modcow do helo shennanigans and I shuttle troops.

My tactical dad loadout actually worked really well. Blue collared shirt, cargo shorts, sandals, a balaclava and a light vest. Silenced MP5 with a nightstalker. Its only 9mil but the recoil is so low you can fire short bursts to kill just about anything with virtually no aim compensation

i've been solid sneking it up with nightstalker sniper rifle crawling through enemy bases sniping gaurds

patroling squads are an issue so im probably gona want somone wiht a squad of ai troops to finalize the captures
