[Ausops] - Perma Appeal V3

Just reserving this post for my appeal, Been trying to get Ausops and Shaps to reply to me for a day or two now to try to resolve whatever personal issue this ban is based on before I bother appealing to avoid a repetition of this event due to the same issue.

Got it all typed up, So as soon as I talk to them I'll edit this post. Yeah I realize it's not following the Sub-Forum rules but hoping that the post kinda forces them to reply to me now so I can get on with my appeal.
