Ban reason and length: permanent, for murdering two people and not responding to admin

Your side of the story: Was playing with a friend and we noticed that the evacuation shuttle left at the time so we decided to go ham on those left behind besides ourselves and didnt noticed i was being messaged by the admins, so i logged off, also was kinda new i didnt realize how the ooc and admin chat system worked.
Why you think you should be unbanned: Was new to the game, friend introduced me to it, looks interesting as it is complex. Just didnt notice that admin was messaging me and i hope this clears thing up, and i can get second chance to enjoy this game
