Your side of the story: first of all I pushed him for funs like every one does in ss13 i ran came back pushed him he threw glass at me but missed so I threw one at him and ran back to go mining and came to medbay to heal form lavaland the round was going to end so I went to heal. the hos shot someone and the cook was following to get me hos shot him but didn't mean it so i helped him to heal he was going to die i saved him and handcuffed him went to the rooms to troll him and he tried to get out i was lagging and he was going to get out so i pushed him when i was back got a straitjacket so if i lagged out i be safe troll him a bit said was going to let him go in a few secs i told him not to try running awayi give him 20 times he broke all of them he tried and tried i said if you do it one more i cut your neck open he did it i didn't do it he did it i didn't kill him thennnn i said lasttt try he tried i said that's it i gave you so many trys to wait it out and i was going to let you go i think it was vaild for i said to him i will do it but didn't do it but sometimes in life you have to do it or they get you back i said one more lastt try and your dead he tried to so i killed him and locked him in a closed it then he got the admin to banned him he said why did you do it i said i pushed him then he threw glass at me he said in logs it didn't show i said he missed and he said it was not vaid i said i didn't know that i said to him that i gave him 20 and some more trys he didn'y care or do anything i said ok sorry admin i won't do it now i know that is not vaid he said there is not going to be a next time and banned me for not knowing that was not vaild like i gave him something to pick form i said to him i am going to let you go just don't try to run i didn't try to kill him ok he is the admin words see if he is right or i am right your pick goodbye and have a goddamn good day
Why you think you should be unbanned: I didn't know that was not vaild and I said to the admin now I know that and he can get that guy back to life he said like in my story he said not going to be a next time

Okay so, I will admit that communicating with you is very difficult, whether it be due to English being your second language or just poor grammar. I'm going to do my best to summarize the events based on what I saw in the logs and what the other player told me.

Your statement that you pushed him for funs seems to imply you only did so once, which is incorrect. Something (presumably space lube) made the starboard primary hallway slick and caused pretty much everyone to slip about.
(In the interest of transparency, these logs are heavily pruned due to including slip logs from pretty much every player in the round and the QM being a cunt to everyone within arm's reach.)

It might not seem important to keep all the instances of slipping, but I'll come back to that shortly. I don't have any logs of him throwing a glass at you but, truth be told, I'm not certain those generate logs if it's a miss, so. I'll give you that one.

There actually wasn't an HoS this round, but I am seeing logs where a cargo tech gunned him down. This was due to other circumstances and isn't actually, as far as I can tell, related to the situation.

Shortly after this is where you grabbed then handcuffed Bip Nura. There's a few seconds gap between these incidents that is pruned involving the cargo tech above murdering someone else and more slipping.

Now, I can't actually see where you put the cook in a straitjacket, but I can see a line where you removed his muzzle in the dorms, so I'll count that as evidence.

There's a bit of a back and forth where you're shoving him, presumably him attempting to escape, followed by you actually doing the deed. Again, pruned of a few lines (a couple of muscle spasms, that kind of thing).

Here's the say logs, they're not really relevant aside from you, as you said, warning the guy that you would cut him if he tried to run. I'd prune them but I'm pretty sure I'm getting close to a word limit somewhere.

So, at the end of the day, I have two different stories I need to compare. Yours, which you noted above and is, as I've proven, at least a bit inaccurate and the other player's. I can't actually copy paste their ahelp as it's confidential, but the gist is this: He said you threw him around in the halls because it was slippery, tossed him into a wall a bunch, he went to sec to get their attention and he was downed by the QM. he then said you cryoed him, threw him into a straitjacket and took him to the dorms where he eventually slit his throat.

This is your fifth instance of over-escalation in a month. I can only give you so many chances.
