Your side of the story: So there were a shitton of swarmers running around the station, so I set up an electric grill to block them. Then some guy walked right into the grill and got shocked, and I shoved him onto it for being a moron. Then I started using some epinephrine on him to keep him from dying, but we had to hide to not get caught by swarmers. To do this, I used a body bag and hid the both of us in it. Then some felinid fuck started toting a laser gun around so I followed him. Then he started shooting me and two other guys, the HoP and a chemist. We both shot him to death and the chemist agreed that he was a dick.
The guy I shoved into the grill was in crit the entire time he was in the body bag and was conscious again by the time I chased the felinid (who was naked by the way, possible ERPer?).
Why you think you should be unbanned: Not only does the set of precedents for rule 1 state that each person killed traditionally results in a 24 hour ban, I didn't even kill anybody, the guy I shoved just went into crit. The guy I shot down was in defense of others, including a head of staff, as well as myself (took three or four lasers before the bitch went down). So that's one crit and one self-defense, and I get permabanned. Bullshit. By the way, having "unpleasant say logs" doesn't justify a permaban when there's no ERP involved.

With that in mind, I'm giving you a 3 day ban.

You crit someone for no reason, were uncooperative and unpleasant in ahelps, and judging from your say logs, were a detriment to the round. I won't be factoring in your killing of the paramedic, because while I do feel that it was malicious, it was at least defensible - even if barely.

Going forward, I ask that you be more considerate of other players in your interactions with them. By far what stands out most to me is your say logs, they are simply unacceptable for our server. Cut out the ooc stuff, cut out the weird stuff. In the future your actions well be watched with greater scrutiny - knock off the stuff I listed above and you won't have any problems on our server.
