Your side of the story: The CMO was doing creepy quasi-erp with medical staff, kissing them, giving them furry surgeries against their will and had a weird sado-maso thing going on with one of the doctors, it made the shift very uncomfortable for anyone in med. It was behavior you'd expect from a Lifweb player or a Skyrat player. I decided to put an end to the cringe after the CMO threatened to kill me. In the previous round, I blew up the heater because I was unaware of PH levels and impurity, I was just learning to make meth and it was an accident. I got converted to cult after being healed and tried to convert another medical doctor (they got hit by a meth explosion(it was not intentional) so I fireman carried them to the rune but they fled). Then HoS uses a disabler on me and cuffs me, takes me back to CMO office, they look through my bag find the ritual dagger and despite the fact that the HoS is THERE with MINDSHIELDS the CMO kills me even after I explained it was an accident and then leaves me in their quarters. (I wanted to tell them to implant me but I thought that would be LRP and besides the CMO would have just refused to implant) I ahelped it but no admins were on.
Honestly the CMO this round is probably the most rotten, most unpleasant SS13 player I've ever had the misfortune of playing with. I mean, if this is any indication of Manuel's playerbase I'm not eager to come back.

This isn't a good reason to e-lance someone. Your life was not in immediate danger, nor did they instigate anything besides threatening to break your kneecaps which they did not follow through with after you blew up chemistry trying to make meth. In addition, public displays of affection in question were not a rule 8 violation - I would hardly call a kiss and casual flirting with their IC partner creepy.

If you felt uncomfortable during the shift you could have spoken to the parties involved and asked them to stop or you could have ahelped it and one of the two admins present at the time would have been able to look into the matter for you.

You and I are both incorrect, I apologize for this mistake. Taking a look at the logs once more, they only ever threatened to break your knees and again, never acted upon this. You were left to your own devices for a majority of the shift until you decided to attack the CMO with an e-lance while they were attending a corpse, critting another doctor and killing the CMO.

There was no build up in the logs above, you just made meth without being interrupted and then you used an e-lance on the CMO.

The main reason I gave you the permanent ban is you have accumulated a fair number of notes within a month and you were given a ton of time to improve your behaviour. According to your note history, you seemed to have kept clean from December 07, 2020 onwards until March 04, 2021 without going into explicit detail. In a period of two months from March 04, 2021 to May 27, 2021, you have picked up five serious notes, three involving over escalation (including the one I placed) and two that were blatant instances of griefing.

Another reason for the permanent ban is, you have a history of disconnecting right after doing something questionable as evidenced in your notes.

I am going to stay firm on my decision that a permanent ban should stay in place until you are able to reappeal in a year with a vouch of good conduct, but the headmins are free to overrule this.
