Your side of the story: I insulted KevinZOO's anime midi spam and then he discovered that I was previously assistant banned 1-2 years ago, I forget. I made a new ckey because I didn't feel like having multiple ckeys anymore and it's easier for me.
Why you think you should be unbanned: It's been 1-2 years and I don't disarm our fellow sec officers every round

This is also mixed in with a ton of bans and notes (both accounts). It really just looks like you're trying to dodge your shitty history every time you switch accounts. To your credit, you haven't been that bad with your newest account, but why should we unban you besides "it's two years old." It's actually exactly one year old today counting kev's reapplied ban.

regardless the last ban was barely 9-10 months ago, you haven't to my knowledge played a single round here since then except for maybe 9/08 or somewhere near that when you connected a single time with your old account then switched ckeys
while you have 289 hours apparently of playtime here in less than 30 days (impressive) your behavioral record here before is, to say, in the least, not very stellar. how do I know you changed from less than a single month of gameplay? Also you left after feem weekbanned you iirc correct me if i'm wrong. Have you played on any other servers since then?

I've played plenty of times before that connection. I don't know how you're supposed to know I've changed from less than a single month of gameplay when you're hardly even on Bagil anyway, except when you pop-in once in a blue moon to spam your mids. I don't even know, or remember, who Feem is or what the ban would even be for. After all. It's been 9-10 months. No I haven't played on any other SS13 server
