Your side of the story: Guy with desword all bloodied up an murder gear jumps out of closet and attacks my law 4 lizzerd and me, i respond with flash and lizard murderizes it.

Banned from AI - As a borg had a law 4 to protect a lizard, still had laws 1-3 as Asimov. Let the named lizard kill a human, and would only listen to the named lizards orders. Was probably only going to be a warning, but after a very lengthy conversation it is clear that they don't understand law priority and would repeat the infractions again.
