Description of what happened: Vladimir was a shit in general all throughout the shift. He tried to smash the cells in the prison wing, punched me when I was taking me to medbay, and eventually killed me and multiple people with a staff of chaos. All as a non-antag. He tries to claim that he did it to me because my officers were being shit, but he was greytiding since early in the round
Why they should be banned: General greytiding is bad enough, then he went ahead and effectively killed me

Mekhi here, he also did the same to me, deathbolted me when I tried to nonlethally stop him when he ran past me. I missed with a taser and he shot a deathbolt across the hall which hit me.

As a non-antag got a little trigger happy with a staff of chaos and ended up killing one and monkey'ing another. This is not a proper response to security attempting to perform their job, and this behavior will not be tolerated.
