Description of what happened: We were called in as ERT to nonlethally arrest the captain after he said that the crew was going to fight centcomm. Once we tracked him down he opened fire on the shuttle. I killed him because he attacked us with lethals. Sans the HoS then killed me even though a loyalty implant should make him not be able to attack me. Says he killed us because ERTs have objectives and trusted the captain more even though the implant would force him to trust us more.
Why they should be banned: Improvedname does not understand how the implants work and belived that he could attack the ERT believing we were traitors 'in diguise' according to his logic His additude shows he does not how HoS works. I'd like to see him at least educated more about security.

I sent a message to centcomm saying ''Hi mom'' and then got bluespaced, the only admin that was admined was MSO so I laughed about it because it didnt kill me with my virus and whatnot
So I go back to the console and send a message to them saying we are coming for them as payback for shooting me.
I then yell over comms for the crew to arm up with makeshift weapons and whatever they can get to fight centcomm when we arrive there.
ERT come into the shuttle cockpit and I taze the one with the ion gun and then the second (idk why but they came with an ion gun, somehow knowing thered be a mech, meta?)
I didn't die, I was actually alive the entire time, just went into crit.
HoS was on my side implanted or not, you can't force someone to take sides, unless its revs or some shit and you implant the crew to fight the revs/gangs.

Seriously, you make a ban request because an actual IC uprising occured because centcomm attempted to kill the captain with artillery and the HoS decides its the right thing to do is help me instead of a wrongly spawned ERT (Emergency response arnt they? no emergency was going on)

I've done custom traitor objectives five? less than five times, where a traitor who prays or ahelps for harder objectives gets an objective to lure an ERT/centcom inspector aboard, kill them, and take their place. I'm not sure how this got confused with whatever's going on here though.

Also this isn't bannable at all. ERT get dunked all the time, it's almost a tradition to have a coin toss as to whether the crew act retarded with an ERT or not. You actually attacked the captain and the HoS killing you in response is fine.

The OOC justifications are dumb but there is nothing actionable here. Being loyalty implanted doesn't mean you're not allowed to attack centcom officials under certain circumstances.

The HoS is completely in their right to stand with the captain. You might as well make a ban request for the captain because they're loyalty implanted to. Loyalty implants mean next to nothing in terms of role play.
