This player should be unbanned.
Admins have previously left explosives in public areas as part of 'admin events' and the headmins have always upheld bans against those who use them.
Further the admins who run these ban baiting events are never punished.
The same should be true for players.

Shouldn't this fall under the floor pill rule? Are we really supposed to think that the clown saw the "chemical grenade" and thought it was... What exactly? Lube smoke? Healing foam? I think it's reasonable to think that seeing a grenade on the floor to think that its gonna cause damage.

If you make grenades as a chemist and distribute them across the shuttle you are doing it in the hopes someone will use the grenade to see what it does.
