Honestly I kind of like hypersensitive and tend to run it all the time. While you can get in a bad mood easily, you can also get in a super good mood just as easily. Things like a shower, eggs, or beer will have you at peak happiness for a long while.

The only time it really sucks is when there’s no chef/the chef is taking 40 minutes to make tacos. Since the hungry debuffs are really strong and you’ll be moving slowly due to sad/super sad. I mostly just use it to deliver mail/cargo super fast, but it's nice on janitor as well if you are wearing galoshes.
