Yes it is known Wubil is an evil, unintelligent and cold-hearted being who takes advantage of poor doxxed people who just really really really wanted to play again and were forced into evasion and to not disclose any vital specific information about their other accounts only to cover their identity because you can't really trust anyone on this era and you could be one of those doxxers in disguise!
