seems like IC issue, if it was really that serious cant admins just stop shuttle calls from happening for a short while? I dont see the point of taking it OOC. Making questionable choices and then centcomm yelling at you is peak command play and keeping it IC helps foster those interactions instead of discouraging them

from what I saw of the lead-in to this, they displayed a lot of densely packed actions over the course of a couple days that were essentially OOC in IC, shutting down and moping in IC over admin actions done OOC, which included taking a head role the day prior and just lying on a table while complaining in IC about not being given an antag token. feels like this is a really overcomplicated note and appeal response over just needing to tell somebody to step up a little with separating ooc and ic though.

the shuttle call reason is IC and i'm adamant about enforcing this on manuel. a few days ago we had people storming the bridge and calling the shuttle with shit like "sus amogus" and i kept recalling it, not because i wanted them to stay, but because i demanded that they use an IC reason to want to leave.

they saw this as a challenge and continued doing it, so i dropped a missile on the comms console.

if it becomes to big a problem it will get fixed with some awful code solution so it's better that admins continue to escalate on people who do it repeatedly.
