Definitely in between. Not an evader, but not entirely genuine; perhaps they didn't see their "stray shot" hit a bystander, but they certainly didn't seem to explain themselves. Perhaps hoping for an escalation bait with no ahelp, or they were far stupider than I'm giving them credit for an just ape-brained to shoot the guy(s?!?!).

If they were an evader, they'd have used it with far less of an excuse.

Oh, I remember watching this as a ghost. After round end, the OOC chat was going "bruh mech pilot wasn't antag". He was using a tesla coil so I think many of the people he attacked were just collateral damage. Skill issue, always check what you're shooting at.
I have a confirmed grand total of 1 merged PR. That basically means I'm a c*der now. 8-)

If you're going to bone, why wait until the shuttle to bone? It's no less illegal than boning randomly in the middle of the station.

More concentrated and little chance to escape, given that people will flock there towards the end of the round.
The only escape is to either space yourself or be teleported out.
