the rules are simple, count from 1 to 100. counting counts if you count the count at the end of your post. if there's anything but the next number at the end of a post then we ALL have to start over at 1. you cannot double post.

This doesn't work grammatically: dozen is not a cardinal number. If you go back to their Middle French or Latin origins, it would work. But those are different words... so it won't here.

Explain to me exactly how that dictionary entry helps your case? Seriously. It doesn't, it literally shows how it IS NOT a cardinal number. It is either a noun or a numeric adjective: this distinction is complicated on what dozen actually is, but it's not necessary relevant here, since it is 100% without any doubts not a cardinal number, a variation of one, an alternative form, or a synonym. To say this is a rejection of something obviously correct, is obviously bullshit.

would a picture of a group of 12 1s count as 12? no. a dozen is a group of 12, not the number 12.
