Thanks for the appeal but permabans can only be appealed yearly. In your original appeal I stated that you would be offered an opportunity to appeal in six months on the condition that you could provide a reference of good conduct from another server within those six months, you've not done this so I'll be sticking by my original statement. This appeal is denied, please re-appeal a year after your original appeal. I highly recommend getting a reference of good conduct beforehand however.
