Isn't ephedrine an active ingredient in the Virology symptom "Stimulant"? Cause if it is I'm gonna have to say heck no to that.

I'd say use Atropine. That's a stabiliser, stops oxyloss and heals brute/burn at 3 a tick.

Or just make salbutol or dexalin doing that you be awake of crit and maybe you should cough blood/barely talk if so

Atropine would be a good choice. You can get it from the vendomats and is actually a hella robust chemical for what it does... sadly it's barely ever used, so giving it some new perks might pique people's interest in it.

I mean, not few days ago, when the dismemberment was put it, we already had being awake in crit right? I recall crawling on the ground and passing out repeatedly. I managed to drag myself to medbay, but I couldn't speak. So I died because people were busy hacking their limbs off.

And what were the conclusions? I actually think it'd be cool to have it. Let's harken back to the reduced effectiveness of defib: not only such "semi awake" crit would reduce accidental death rates, but also would help curb the murderboner. If you got caught by stray fire, you might not die after all, and murderers would need to make sure their intended victims are really dead.
