That was not because of the drug itself so much as it was the dirty needles and unsanitary conditions causing infections. The same could happen with any intravenous drug

That said who cares we spess, but i do really wish they would make you a skeleton again. Becoming a skellington was kind of a cool goal to make it worthwhile, but being gross zombie man is slightly less cool.
