If you greentext a traitor round without spending TC, you should get 5 more TC the next time you get traitor.
Why? It encourages traitors to use more unconventional methods to accomplish their objectives, so the next time 'round they can use more toys.

I'm not sure this is such a good idea but I can't nail down why

It doesn't need to be accumulative. It is supposed to be a small bonus for being robust; something else than a small note at the end of the round

We will see an upswing of traitors that objective as silently as possible and hide in a locker for an hour, which sucks. Antags exist to antagonize and make the round interesting, it would be counterproductive to reward the safest play

TC's are balanced around having 20TC, this has been suggested multiple times and shot down each time
