Please change the Social Anxiety trait by adding a visible message when you try to speak("*spessman* mumbles something") and/or show the player a message when they can talk ("You feel like speaking again"). Right now when you're trying to talk to someone you have to spam the same message until the anxiety wears off.
Also a Mute trait would be nice for roleplay. Make it start with a stack of paper in the backpack.
I play on Manuel as Swanni, the brain-damaged moth.
Be nice to each other.

The best place to put this would be in the Traits feedback thread, on the coding feedback index. The creator will definitely see your input then.
An extra idea I forgot to mention: wing removal surgery for moths, for when you need to get rid of those conspicuous wings, or just indulge in a little bit of clean, fun workplace racism.

Code the nuclear operative ship to stay in place at the station once the nuke timer begins, and it automatically retreats once the nuke timer hits zero. Gives crew a small window to retrieve the disk and gives ops a chance to find the ship so some ass doesn't just blast out asap.
Increase roundstart cargo points from 5000 to 10000.
Usually cargo spends the first round of points on themselves, leaving most people to not ask cargo for shit early as it's never worth the effort. Increase the points and maybe cargo will be more generous.
Add the following:
Make it possible to construct a bronze airlock frame from bronze sheets, they look identical to pinion airlocks but don't have the cult magicks.
Add bronze tiles in place of floor tiles as putting an entire sheet of bronze down is rather wasteful.
Make it possible to splash copper on glass and rods to make bronzed glass and bronze rods respectively. Bronze rods can be used to make CC-style grilles, lattices and catwalks whilst bronzed glass can be used to make bronze windows.
Enforce oraclestation contraband rules, having noslips or basic syndigear is allowable, having things like thermals are contraband with a significant jail time, and stuff like Emags and deswords are enemy of the corporation tier.
That would detract from obtaining valids and give antags special protection.
The former is bad because the server is bad, the latter is just bad, period.
Starcraft references are sincerely lacking in general. Maybe I just never notice them. I'd say the only one I've seen would maybe be the nightvision goggles for nuke ops look similar to ghost's headgear, but even that is generic.
I feel that there are a few things that could be added to change that:
When using a flamethrower, players randomly say either of the phrases "Need a light?" or "Wanna turn up the heat?" Two common phrases that a firebat says in Starcraft 1. I think this is the strongest or most reasonable of the requests I have. Basically, if you're using a flamethower, being discrete is no longer really an option anyway.
These next two options aren't really as reasonable, since they'd take some work:
Hydralisks and ultralisks (or maybe zerglings instead) should accessible in a similar manner as xenos. To be clear, Hydralisks and ultralisks are not able to reproduce.
I don't think I've seen anything of the protoss. Dual wielding e-swords might prompt zealot phrases. It would be neat to have protoss, with energy shields and dual e-swords (zealots) who arrive on the station via a protoss shuttle. I'd say classic protoss would be to only arrive when the zerg does, and to have the objective to eliminate them.
adding references with features you introduce is okay, I think
suggesting that references be added because muh references is overkill
and nvgs are not exclusively nuke ops gear
goddammit I miss the old tcommsat

Wooden Sword
Like the baseball bat, can be made from wood. While not very robust, it can be used on a chicken to summon a swarm of chickens that will murder you pizza to slice it. Speaking of the baseball bat..
Lucille
You can combine wire and glass shards with the baseball bat to make it more robust. Deals more damage to zombies. Substitute glass shards for supermatter shards to die instantly make a weapon that glows in the dark.
Distillery
A special setup for the bar that allows you to turn anything the botanist can grow into alcohol. Turn potatoes, rice, and more into booze. Be outdone by the criminals in the permabrig who made a ghetto distillery out of the toilet.

There is a lot of very bizarre nonsense being talked on this forum. I shall now remain silent and logoff until my points are vindicated.

Hey there, I'm Virescent, the super evil person who made the stupid appeal and didn't think it through enough. Just came here to say: screech, retards. Screech and writhe like the worms you are. Your pathetic little cries will keep echoing around for a while before quietting down. There is one great outcome from this: I rised up the blood pressure of some of you shitheads and lowered your lifespan. I'm honestly tempted to do this more often just to see you screech and writhe more, but that wouldn't be cool of me. So come on haters, show me some more of your high blood pressure please.
I know nobody ever reads this thread but like
what if we removed the "spessman siezes up they are dead you can stop hitting them now" message and had you have to check for a pulse if you didn't have a medical hud. I mean it wouldn't really change much but maybe there would be a few fringe cases where people run off without finishing the job
Disease cures feel like they need a rework. They are from a time when silver/gold was much harder to get, and Chemistry didnt have 1-click macros to instantly make almost any chemical. You are better off relying on stealth and destroying any means of making a Pandemic vs relying on resistance. So yeah, i think the cures either need to be changed to harder to acquire materials, or reworked into a different cure system entirely.

You can actually do this already but you have to throw them into a tile of lava and then pick them up

Since lockers are boltable to the floor, and since they represent more "stationary" storage (unlike crates), wouldn't it makes sense for them to start bolted?
The also wouldn't thrash around from slightest spacewind.
Last time I played guillotines were new.
Have they added gallows yet?
If so, they should. Combine a meat spike with cablecuffs and some electronic bullshit, I don't know.
