So right now thanks to the INCREDIBLY large list of items nuke ops have and how picky they all are we tend not to see nuke ops actually do their jobs for about half an hour. The crew by then is very much prepared and ready to handle nuke ops by then.
I propose that we give nuke ops the ability to purchase "blitzkrieg packs" that spawns a very large amount of weapons with a certain theme per pack so they can be ready in a minute flat. This would be completely agreed upon by the players as they cost almost all their TC to purchase (price and quantity of items is based on the number of nuke ops?).
An effective manner of doing this would be to spawn an appropriate number of beacons that in turn create a large pile of equipment when used (similar to using a beacon to spawn a bomb), whose contents are themed with the pack you purchased. In order to make this worthwhile on top and to encourage the occasional blitzkrieg flukeop, it could give you more items than it would normally cost by buying these manually, like how syndicate crates or themed traitor packs work.

I'm assuming there'd be a highlander-styled pack with claymores and kilts, right?
Right?
Right?

Just make it crates. So at the bottom of the list of items you have the syndie crate section. Each one is different, and their description shows their contents.
Bit hesitant to give them a points break for it though, as ops are already very strong (depending on the players of course), and buying a crate like this would let them deploy even faster, which is an advantage in of itself.

Deploying fast is often a huge advantage, but I still like the idea.
You could give them one geuinely useful one (That has an assortment of high-power weapons, explosives, and a couple emags or noslips) and then a ton of gimmicky ones for when the ops want to do something silly. Like a FIRESTORM crate, which has napalm grenades, flamethrowers, and whatever other burn-related things they could possibly need to turn the station into a literal hellhole.
Also, a soap megacrate that includes 100+ soap and some noslips.

I think the total amount to be less or equal to the total amount of all the items present because the whole point of this is to also purchase the ability to get on the station as fast as possible.
As such, they shouldn't be as heavily armed since they're sacrificing prep time.
This would also prevent making purchasing one of the packs an objectively better option as opposed to taking time to plan.

Agreed. These are mostly a tool to reduce the time it takes to run by letting everyone agree "We are taking a breech and clear blitz pack."
Its price should be equal to the price of the stuff. It isn't a traitor's grab-bag box.
