Rapid Flooring Device

Just a quick idea, we could have a new device for working on floors.

Two functions:
1. Laying floortiles
2. Removing floortiles

Of course the thing that would make it great is that you could choose between floortiles, carpet, hardwood, grass and maybe other fancy tiles.
Since traditionally floortiles cost metal, the device could use compressed matter cartridges, but giving a load of 100 instead of 10, and consuming them at a rate of 1.
I guess a different cartridge for it would work better then.

It shouldn't work on lattice to avoid overlapping with the RCD.

Dunno about giving it cartridges. Seems like Cargo would just abuse it as a way to create insane amount of different floor tiles that usually come from other departments. Just make it use whatever floor tiles you load it with.

I really think that there should be some sort of common be all end all cartridge and maybe even item to handle construction like this. At the very least for this is should use the RCD cartridges (but get much more out of them?). Things like the airlock painter, the hand labeller, even vending machine refills I think should share some sort of common refill item to make it more valuable. Compressed matter cartridges are pretty cheap if you upgrade the autolathe, too!

I'm actually pretty concerned about the proliferation of Rapid-<job>-Devices designed to do a role's job for them.

I feel like such a device would help cheapen the damage caused by hull breaches. Anyway, we already have floorbots.

Also worth mentioning that now the RCD can hold 100 units/each spare reload thing is worth 20, an RCD can place an assload of fucking floor.
