gang boombox

We need a goddamn boombox as gang equipment, only usable by lieutenants and bosses.

When the boombox is on it gives influence according to the number of gangers in the room. More gangers - more influence the boombox provides. Boomboxes don't stack their effects with each other.
Alternatively boomboxes should passively heal the wielder/gangers in the area.

When on, the boombox should play a hiphop midi or somesuch.

Let the gang boss upload a MIDI or ogg under 1MB to use as their theme. Only one time of course.

Yeah so Amelius can upload a 10mb file when they're surrounded to lag the server and give them a chance to escape or slip everyone.

Honestly if players are allowed to upload whatever they want to the boombox it'd solely be a source of memes and nothing else. I don't think forcing people to hear memes is a good thing, so if we wanted this we'd want some preset songs and nothing else.

It's a gang only item exclusive to the leader. You don't want to be killed by them but you're worried about what they'll play.
