That raises a good point. We've got dismemberment and organs now so lets incorporate that shit in some suicides. Suicide with a shotgun or any kind of high power rifle? Flat out destroys your head and showers the area behind you with blood. Doing it with a heavy energy weapon just disintegrates your head though and leaves an ash pile near your headless corpse. Cleaver, circular saw, or chainsaw? Cut off your own head. Pistols? Pulps your head and sends your brain and a ton of blood flying across the room.
