Extra note: Holy shit this needs to start being a perma ban type deal going on with this.

Story: Alright this is some sheer shitlerly at it's finest, like gold planted, 24 carat type shitlery. Anyway I spawn in a Nuke Ops and we begin to go through our deal with planning out our adventure and becoming massively flukely like usual. So buy a couple borgs and other equipment to satisfy or flukey needs. Anyway we have some problems with our borgs because the ghost were probably AFK and etc. The next moment we're on the shuttle gearing up and suddenly the station is alerted to our presence by:
[Common] Jamison Haynes says, "OPS AT ENGINEERING"
This almost immedately ruins the round because we had not left yet to go to the station, several admins can verify we were still at Syndicate base before we left. Normally you'd think this would be blown off but this ended up cause several MORE people to spout off Ops and it ended up with the entire station prepared and ready to fight us off. This honestly is some of the shittiest possible behavior for this game ever and it ruins any fun someone can have at all if some shithead metagames the crew roster.

If it's a repeat problem it may be worth escalating the punishment but for now it was already handled.
