Reintegrating criminals is necessary so they're not forced back into criminality to make ends meet. Re: 2k19 /pol/ - European Spring edition
See this is a comment on history that I question.Lumbermancer wrote:I think that Hitler would be less likely to murder Jews if he was leftist, especially at the time when Jews were big on communism. It wasn't the vegetarianism that drove him, no, it was his particular flavor of nationalism.
For a start: Hitler was on the left, he was a socialist and was inspired by Marx.
Mussolini was also a socialist, and was very much inspired by Marx.
And Stalin had his own secret purge of the jews, which no one talks about.
And what a lot of people forget is that the Nazis came to power
I question the notion of 'Hitler purged the jews because they pushed Marxism".
Because no one at the time (except Churchill) liked the jews, they had even less respect than gypsies.
Jew hatred in Germany was caused because Jews were buying up German businesses; and were seen, as they are today, that they were the ones introducing 'decadent' arts which had no meaning, and pushing 'progressive, idealistic' philosophies.
It's odd that Jews would push marxism, considering what the pinko had to say about Shlomo:
What is the worldly religion of the Jew? Huckstering. What is his worldly God? Money.…. Money is the jealous god of Israel, in face of which no other god may exist. Money degrades all the gods of man – and turns them into commodities…. The bill of exchange is the real god of the Jew. His god is only an illusory bill of exchange…. The chimerical nationality of the Jew is the nationality of the merchant, of the man of money in general.
This does explain the rampant anti-semitism in the Labour Party...Thus we find every tyrant backed by a Jew, as is every pope by a Jesuit. In truth, the cravings of oppressors would be hopeless, and the practicability of war out of the question, if there were not an army of Jesuits to smother thought and a handful of Jews to ransack pockets.
… the real work is done by the Jews, and can only be done by them, as they monopolize the machinery of the loanmongering mysteries by concentrating their energies upon the barter trade in securities… Here and there and everywhere that a little capital courts investment, there is ever one of these little Jews ready to make a little suggestion or place a little bit of a loan. The smartest highwayman in the Abruzzi is not better posted up about the locale of the hard cash in a traveler’s valise or pocket than those Jews about any loose capital in the hands of a trader… The language spoken smells strongly of Babel, and the perfume which otherwise pervades the place is by no means of a choice kind.
… Thus do these loans, which are a curse to the people, a ruin to the holders, and a danger to the governments, become a blessing to the houses of the children of Judah. This Jew organization of loan-mongers is as dangerous to the people as the aristocratic organization of landowners… The fortunes amassed by these loan-mongers are immense, but the wrongs and sufferings thus entailed on the people and the encouragement thus afforded to their oppressors still remain to be told.
… The fact that 1855 years ago Christ drove the Jewish moneychangers out of the temple, and that the moneychangers of our age enlisted on the side of tyranny happen again chiefly to be Jews, is perhaps no more than a historical coincidence. The loan-mongering Jews of Europe do only on a larger and more obnoxious scale what many others do on one smaller and less significant. But it is only because the Jews are so strong that it is timely and expedient to expose and stigmatize their organization.

They are different.
Jews believe they are god's chosen people
Christianity attempted to change Judaism into something more acceptable, mostly succeeded until the Catholic church got a hold of it. As George Carlin said, Christians would be pretty great people if they acted like Jesus.
Islam on the other hand was created by an illiterate merchant to form a cult around his chosen pagan god, long story short: things got bloody, and that violent jihad is what islamic fundamentalists believe in.
But the chief reason why we Christian nations aren't as bad as the others...
Yes indeed, I think one of the main reasons we became the dominant civilisation on the planet is because when the Industrial Revolution happened late 1600s/early 1700s we became more and more secular, to the point that our rebellious child could found itself on 'Separation of Church and State'.Rustledjimm wrote:I don't really have the time to make a long post about how western culture has changed over the centuries and the religious interpretations of those in western culture has changed to match it in all abrahamic religions and how its well documented that Muslims born and who grow up in western culture also adapt their religious interpretation to the cultures values so instead I'll say something about a more important subject.
How many people do you know today that are bible thumpers?
How many people do you know that are even aware that the Queen is second to God?
"its well documented that Muslims born and who grow up in western culture also adapt their religious interpretation to the cultures values "
I don't know where this study was conducted but I doubt it was done in Bradford.
And speaking of Muslims born here:
-Mohammad Sidique Khan
-Shehzad Tanweer
-Germaine Maurice Lindsay aka Abdullah Shaheed Jamal
-Hasib Hussain
-Richard Colvin Reid
-Dr Bilal Abdullah
-Dr Kafeel Ahmed
-Salman Ramadan Abedi
-Adrian Russell Ajao(Elms) aka Khalid Masood
-Michael Adebolajo (convert)
-Michael Adebowale (convert)
-Nicky Raymond Reilly aka Mohamed Abdulaziz Rashid Saeed-Alim
Those are the names of the 7/7 bombers, the shoe bomber, the two doctors that attempted to bomb Glasgow airport until a baggage handler drop kicked one of them, the manchester arena bomber, and the westminster bridge attacker (the london bridge attackers were foreign born, though one was raised here), the Lee Bigby murderers, and the failed Exeter bomber (I'd forgotten about this autist).
All born and raised in Britain. You'll notice that several of them are actually converts.
Incidentally whilst researching this I noticed that most of them belong to the Wahhabi/Salafi Sunni sect of Islam.

The wahhabi and salafist sects are the ones that are the most aggressive in their ideas of spreading islam. Druze muslims are among the least aggressive, to the point that they deny converts

Yeah, what happened was
Slightly-to-moderate right wing party wins local and inconsequential election because they're actually offering solutions instead of going "More immigrants! Privatize more government things! Raise taxes! Give away stuff to the EU!". They're not amazing solutions, but after decades of the entire political landscape agreeing on the things normal citizens don't want the people are willing to accept imperfect solutions over politicians pretending everything is great and going well while they continue to shit on the people
Especially when everything is not going well at all and people have a noticeable decrease in their quality of life that is just not acknowledged or even considered by those in office
And of course since he is opposed to the established order, the established order sends their lackeys(Antifa) to do some violence and threats against them (Especially shooting threats, since the last one to offer resistance to the establishment was shot and the murderer went free after only a few years while saying he would do it again). The media is also full of attack pieces against the entire party and yet they seem to be the only real choice for many. At this point nothing has happened yet that I know of. It's a curiosity that won't change anything yet, but it does show that they have widespread support in society and are not fringe elements

Re: 2k19 /pol/ - European Spring edition
Those guys, Forum for Democracy?
Looks a lot like the 5 star movementElectoral reform
One of the major issues the party campaigns against is the perceived existence of a "party cartel", in which the main ruling parties of the country divide power among themselves and conspire towards the same goals, despite claiming to be competitors.[19] The party promises direct democracy through binding referenda,[20] as well as directly elected mayors and a directly elected Prime Minister.[30][31] The party is also in favour of the government consisting of apolitical experts, and top civil servants having to reapply for their positions when a new cabinet is formed.[32]
Immigration and EU
The party opposes the European Union and campaigns for a referendum on Dutch EU withdrawal. It also adopts a nationalist viewpoint in which the Dutch culture should be protected;[2] the party is in favor of reinstating border controls and ending what it perceives as mass immigration.[33][34] It campaigns against unchecked immigration, and says it would introduce a "Dutch Values Protection Act" and wants to ban Islamic face veils and other face coverings.[35]

Re: 2k19 /pol/ - European Spring edition
Yeah, those
They're not amazing and a lot of their positions are kinda crap
But they're offering direct democracy as well as a few reasonable solutions, so a lot of people believe that if they can just get that direct democracy going then the other political parties can be forced to stop being tards that only help the rich
And from there, reform can happen and the worst excess of privatization and migration can be stopped. So long as it happens before mass immigration gets in too many immigrants who don't care. Or worse, that want to use such a system to destroy the country
I'm not even a huge fan of a full withdrawal from the EU, that's just a bad idea because the entire economy and country depends on Germany, which will punish any dissent very hard. For the Netherlands, a small country that relies entirely on trade, going their own way like France, Spain, or Britain could is not an option.
I don't think Dutch culture needs to be enforced by law either, but it is an imperfect solution to the attacks on Dutch culture that would help temporarily at least

Re: 2k19 /pol/ - European Spring edition
Watch out for those who advocate for a government of "apolitical experts". You will always need political competence to grease the gears and have your laws approved, so "apolitical" or "technical" experts usually turn out to be nothing more than puppets and fall guys for those who take the actual decisions. Again, look at the history of the 5 star movement to get an idea.

Oh yeah, they're clearly not going to do amazing
But if the choice is between getting fucked over by established politicians who have all had their turns before and they all fucked the people mercilessly, or the new guys who say "Lets not fuck over the people by giving them more power to stop getting fucked"
People will be voting for the new guys regardless of what other stances they have
The fact that they're offering solutions, even if many solutions they offer kinda suck, while the rest of politicians pretend there are no problems is a nice bonus

Okay kids can you name any major social media company that has their top executives work in Australia and why they wouldn't just move and that do if this shoot yourself in the foot to spite someone else's face insanity.Social media executives could be jailed and their companies fined billions of dollars if they fail to remove terrorist material like the Christchurch massacre live stream, under proposed new laws.
Hate is a natural human emotion not some fucking native creature you can fucking murder like your state gov counterparts fuck stick."This is about keeping Australians safe by forcing social media companies to ... stop terrorists and criminals spreading their hate."
Again how is this enforceable? You can barely tax multinationals and now you expect to fine them to death? It's like being a fucking Venezuelan socialist and seizing a company for 10 private trolls not affiliated with them posting original content. This is demanding beyond article 13 level of crippling by the way he wants HUMAN FUCKING EYES on every bit of content to find out the new shit like every human being on the planet is a fucking child in a class room. I wonder how they are going to employ one censor for every 25 people or so 24/7 for every company.Executives based in Australia and overseas could face up to three years' imprisonment if found guilty, and companies could be fined up to 10 per cent of annual turnover.
LIVE STREAMS ARE ORIGINAL CONTENT HOW DO YOU HAVE CONTENT MATCHING LEARNING ALGORITHMS MATCH ALL ORIGINAL CONTENT THAT SUBJECTIVELY HURTS YOUR FEE FEES."They'll invest more seriously in the type of technology and human resources that are required to identify this material, prevent it from being live streamed ... and take it down quickly if it does slip through that initial net."
Got the treatment he deserved just look at the fool.Facebook under fire for sending 'junior' staff to meeting
Mr Morrison was joined by the Home Affairs Minister, Communications Minister and Attorney-General at Tuesday's meeting with social media companies.
But Mr Porter said Facebook sent along "utterly junior" representatives who did not assure the Government changes would be made.
"It didn't represent an appropriate understanding of the seriousness of Facebook's failure in this instance."

But errr... brexit is delayed for two weeks (probably so the masses are distracted by Game of Thrones when they fuck it up some more), parliament had a vote about what alternative to Merkle's May's Deal they were going to pursue - and didn't decide on anything.
So I'm expecting another two weeks of back and forth with no progress and then parliament decides between HARDEST-BREXIT (No Deal) or Revoking A50 and pretending the last two years never happened - probably will be decided by guessing which side will burn the least amount of cars when they lose.

The parliament doesn't want the deal, but also doesn't want no deal, doesn't want the second referendum either. Basically, it's the Irish who are the problem yet again.Malkevin wrote:But I've yet to undecipher to the multiple inception layers of bullshit.
I've read that Elizabeth the Second By the Grace of God, of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and of Her other Realms and Territories Queen, Head of the Commonwealth, Defender of the Faith could dissolve the parliament and call for snap elections.
Not really? They've already held EIGHT votes on EIGHT different options. No deal, Norway, Norway also but without customs, customs, some fucking Corbyn's shit, no Brexit, second referendum, no deal but not really no deal.
