Your side of the story: Explain what happened in your own words.
(To build a timeline of the events that happened:) After spending the good first portion of the round, Talon shovecuffed me and took me to dorms after winning a brief scuffle, I decided to play along by screaming for help over telecomms and calling in the AI to help me, telling it that Talon was a changeling. I chose not to do things like ahelp as I was recommended after a brief conversation with an admin after the ban because I had spent the past half an hour making Tritium with Talon and did not suspect him to be capable of any wrongdoing.

Talon decided to make a (funny) joke by pretending to """ERP""" with myself due to our IC married status. (As can be seen from our names). This mainly boils down to making a double bed and simply covering ourselves up with blankets to bait people to dorms 4 after the pleas for help I made on the common channel over tcomms.

This only lasts a total of around 1 minute and a half, until I am cut loose by Talon after we overhear a heretic backstab. Talon and I return to dorms to continue the joke after more people begin arriving to see the commotion, some of which are heretics, eventually resulting in our deaths once they weld open a wall and kill us both:

A total of around 2 minutes and a half pass where all we are doing is spamming the jump and slap emotes and I am screaming "AAA,AAA,AAA,AAA!" and "HELP!!!". The joke panned out as expected with out eventual deaths. Why you think you should be unbanned: I can understand why some players might have felt uncomfortable by the whole situation from an outsider's perspective and would I consider this a lapse in judgement, for I assumed that the general consensus was that it was "funny" due to the reactions I got from the crew. Along with the fact that this debacle was a joke between myself and Talon. Though I don't really see how this can be considered "ERP", especially not something that deserves a permaban, since our actions mostly consisted of jumping, yelling and slapping; we never said anything in an erotic nature or roleplayed anything genuinely erotic.
Kinnebian also had this to say on the Peanut for this ban, which I call to attention because I believe it might have affected their reasoning for the pemaban, even if it is hyperbole:

We were neither naked (casual dress - as is customary) nor did we spend 20 minutes doing this (a total of less than 4 minutes). And most importantly, gay sex was only mentioned once by Talon, we did not involve ourselves in a deep discussion of gay sex whilst lying in bed...

Hello!
I will be treating this as a conjoined appeal, due to the connected nature of them.
Your behaviour warranted not one, but two urgent ahelps. It made a lot of people uncomfortable.
It was a joke that lasted far too long, and I think theres a point where you shouldve realised what you were doing was weird, creepy and strange.

Some of this information is not relevant to my own appeal and I don't believe it should have been posted to be used against me. For example, information like lines 9233 through 9303 regarding the supposed "sex tape", I was not present for because I was being treated in medbay. I believe you should have checked this beforehand considering the fact that these logs can affect people's thoughts on the appeal despite not being related. However, I am happy to appeal on Sk1Wass3r's behalf, who is currently ill, since Kinnebian made this a conjoined appeal, so in that case it's fine (this applies to Kinnebian's reply too).

This is fucking horrible!
I don't believe this needed to be mentioned on the appeal considering it isn't related to the ban.
But I will entertain it... The first comment was definitely unnecessary (and very poor conduct) and I take it back, however things like *tbags are commonplace and happen often, even Kieth4 has done it to me (during his headmin term)! I'm most certain that this is generally not considered ooc in ic by admins and players alike. Things like NPC are also not really netspeak and are used in passing, the term has its own meaning and connotation and whilst it is zoomer humour, what else is one supposed to say? "That guy behaves like everyone else and is completely clueless" or using a term which everyone understands. I'm not saying "fr" or "ong" - abbreviations which people generally when speaking in-person.

However, I am satisfied with the outcome of this appeal and the fact that Sk1Wass3r will also be receiving the same reduction!

for what it's worth, there is no substantive way to validate your location or state in that way - your location is recorded when you take actions in the game, and the game logs show you to both be in the same area at the same time, hence the reasonable conclusion that it was still part of the same interaction. if that is not true, then fair enough. you'll also be able to note that talon is asking where you are in the lines you brought up; it's easy to judge the situation through the full context and is not misleading.

it was not added to be used against you. it was added because your appeal included only snippets of the full situation. i thought it prudent to incorporate the entirety of the situation through say logs to give the full picture without any embellishment or narrative. i included both of you because it requires both sides to gain an understanding of the situation in full. the names are included with the logs and it's very easy for anyone, admin or otherwise, to use that information to judge its relevance on its own merit.

i chose to respond to this because it's important to me to be able to tell you that i'm not out to get you punished - i'm only looking to ensure that relevant, (hopefully) helpful information is included where i see that it may be lacking, and that i'd do the same in any appeal, regardless of who is making it or what it may be about.
