Your side of the story: There was a blob attacking the station. Just using energy guns and such we were close to the core, I got a welding fuel tank so once we got to the core we could just blow it up. Someone put an emitter in line with the tank. It blew up killing us and I got banned.
Why you think you should be unbanned: It wasn't my fault the tank blew up and killed everyone.

Essentially, I added a ban, lifted it after hearing the explanation, and the very next day I was reassured that you were lying. I re-applied the ban and you should appeal in at least 3 months.
